Project Description
The metal pipelines, storage tanks, and steel structures in the sewage treatment station have long been exposed to highly corrosive environments (such as hydrogen sulfide, chlorides, and acidic wastewater), leading to severe rust and structural degradation. Traditional coatings fail to provide long-lasting protection, requiring frequent maintenance and causing operational disruptions.
The application of Rust Armour® coatings addresses the unique corrosion challenges of sewage treatment facilities, offering a durable, cost-effective, and operation-compatible solution. This project sets a benchmark for anti-corrosion in urban water infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and sustainability of the sewage treatment station for decades to come.

In 5 nights, over 6,500 ft2 of heavily rusted cast iron steel was encapsulated with Rust Armour®.
