Project Description

As the core industrial heat zone, boiler workshops see their floors long exposed to high-temperature radiation, heavy equipment loading, oil erosion, and chemical spills, causing original floors to crack, peel, and leak. This not only threatens production safety but also raises equipment maintenance costs.

To meet needs for moisture resistance, wear resistance, stain resistance, and easy cleaning, this project uses Epoprim^TM Multi-functional Epoxy Primer and Pusuwa^TM Polyurea Super Tough Waterproof Coating and Panebra^TM  Super Abrasion-Resistant Aliphatic Polyurethane Coating for floor coating renovation, aiming to enhance overall floor performance.

Coating Solution

Industrial Boiler Factory – Epoprim^TM Multi-functional Epoxy Primer and  Pusuwa^TM Polyurea Super Tough Waterproof Coating and Panebra^TM Super Abrasion-Resistant Aliphatic Polyurethane Coating applied for a total surface area of about 200m².
