Putruck^TM Polyurea Pickup Truck Abrasion-Resistant Coating consists of Component A (modified isocyanate prepolymer) and Component B (polyether, modified delayed amine chain extender, anti-aging additives), applied via on-site spray application. This material offers excellent wear and corrosion resistance.

APPLICATIONS

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

★ All parameters tested under laboratory conditions using Graco H-XP3 equipment & Fusion AP spray gun, cured for 7 days at 23±2℃ and 50%±5% relative humidity.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

· Stir Component B thoroughly before use.

· Mixing Ratio: A:B = 1:1 (by volume).

· Use specified high-temperature, high-pressure impingement mixing equipment.

· Standard Thickness: 1.5-2mm (customizable).

· Theoretical Coverage: 4.5㎡/GAL.

· Recoat Interval: ≤3 hours (25℃, 50% RH).

· Storage: Unused Component A must be sealed with nitrogen.

· Diluents: Strictly prohibited.

DRYING TIME

· Surface dry: ≤1min; Walkable strength: ≤10min (25℃, 50% RH).

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

· Substrate temperature ≥3℃ above dew point; humidity ≤90%RH.

· Ensure ventilation in enclosed spaces.

PACKAGING

Component A: 51.897GAL/DRUM;

Component B: 53.348GAL/DRUM. 

Custom packaging available.

STORAGE 

Store in cool, dry, ventilated indoor areas at 5℃-30℃. Shelf life: 12 months.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

·It is strictly forbidden to have any open flames in the batching and construction site, and good ventilation should be maintained. Construction personnel must wear protective gear to avoid skin contact. 

·If the paint splashes on the skin, it should be cleaned immediately with an appropriate cleaning agent or soapy water. 

·If it splashes into the eyes, rinse them repeatedly with clean water, keep the eyes open, and seek medical treatment immediately.
