Pusuwa^TM Polyurea Super Tough Waterproof Coating is a two-component, manually brushable flexible waterproofing material composed of prepolymer, chain extender, and fillers. It offers convenient construction for various on-site DIY scenarios. Features include long working time with fast curing, on-site mixing, and application via brushing, troweling, or rolling, delivering excellent waterproof and weather resistance.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Mixing Ratio: 

A:B = 1:1 (weight ratio).

Strictly follow the ratio and ensure thorough mixing.

Mixing Process:

1. Fully stir Component B, scraping the bottom to eliminate sediment.

2. Weigh accurately and mix mechanically for 1-2 minutes.

3. Transfer to a new container and mix for additional 1-2 minutes.

Application Methods: Brushing, troweling, or rolling.

Recommended single-coat thickness: ≤300μm, apply 2-3 coats.
Theoretical Coverage: 6.1㎡/GAL
Re-coating Interval: Minimum 2h, Maximum 24h
Working Time: Mixed material must be used within 30 minutes.
Storage: Unused Component A should be sealed with nitrogen.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

· Temperature: 5-35℃

· Relative Humidity: <90%

· Substrate temperature: ≥3℃ above dew point

Weather Restrictions: Avoid outdoor application in rain, snow, or strong wind.

Safety: Ensure good ventilation, keep away from fire and heat sources.

Application Methods:Roller, brush, or spray (solvent dilution allowed).

Tool Cleaning: Use butyl acetate or xylene.

PACKAGING

Part A: 4.985GAL/DRUM, 

Part B: 3.202GAL/DRUM (customizable upon request).

STORAGE 

Store in cool, dry, ventilated indoor areas at 5℃-30℃. Shelf life: 12 months.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

·It is strictly forbidden to have any open flames in the batching and construction site, and good ventilation should be maintained. Construction personnel must wear protective gear to avoid skin contact. 

·If the paint splashes on the skin, it should be cleaned immediately with an appropriate cleaning agent or soapy water. 

·If it splashes into the eyes, rinse them repeatedly with clean water, keep the eyes open, and seek medical treatment immediately.
