APPLICATIONS

Primarily used for explosion-proof, flame-retardant, and wear-resistant materials.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

The above parameters were tested under laboratory conditions using Graco H-XP3 equipment & Fusion AP spray gun. Curing conditions: 23±2°C, 50%±5% relative humidity for 7 days.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Stir Component B thoroughly until fully homogeneous before application.

Mixing Ratio: 

Dual-component packaging. Volume ratio: A:B = 1:1.

Equipment Requirement: 

Use only high-temperature, high-pressure impingement mixing equipment specified by our company. Losses caused by unauthorized equipment shall be borne by the contractor.

Standard Thickness: 

2-5mm (adjustable per customer requirements).

Recoat Interval: 

Minimum: None; Maximum: ≤3 hours.

Theoretical Coating Rate: 4.5㎡/GAL.

Storage of Component A:

Unused material must be sealed under nitrogen.

Note: 

99.6% solid content. Diluents are strictly prohibited.

DRYING TIME

Surface dry: ≤1 min at 25°C/50% RH; Walkable strength achieved within 10 min.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION 

Old Concrete:

Repair holes/cracks with filler. Ensure complete dryness (28-day curing for new concrete). Remove loose debris, apply 1-2 coats of cementitious sealer, then apply specialized primer after filler curing.

Metal Substrates: 

Sandblast to Sa2.5 grade. Ensure surfaces are clean, oil-free, and dust-free. Grind and rust-proof interface areas, then apply Longshan specialized anti-rust primer.

Post-Treatment: 

Apply polyurea-specific primer on concrete and metal substrates to enhance adhesion.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Substrate temperature must be ≥3°C above dew point.

Ensure adequate ventilation during application.

PACKAGING SPECIFICATIONS

Component A: 51.897GAL/DRUM; 

Component B: 50.808GAL/DRUM.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry, ventilated area. Protect from rain, direct sunlight, heat, and open flames. Storage temperature: 15–40°C.

Shelf life: 6 months in unopened original packaging. Post-expiry use requires re-testing against specifications.

Transport as non-hazardous goods. Avoid exposure to rain/sunlight during transit.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

·It is strictly forbidden to have any open flames in the batching and construction site, and good ventilation should be maintained. Construction personnel must wear protective gear to avoid skin contact. 

·If the paint splashes on the skin, it should be cleaned immediately with an appropriate cleaning agent or soapy water. 

·If it splashes into the eyes, rinse them repeatedly with clean water, keep the eyes open, and seek medical treatment immediately.
