PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

· Mixing Ratio: 

 A:B = 3:1 (weight). Thoroughly blend before use.

· Mixing Process: 

Stir Component A to ensure no sediment, add B, and mix mechanically for 1-2 minutes. 

Transfer to a new container and remix for 1-2 minutes.

POT LIFE (100G)

Notes:

1. Based on lab data; mix small batches in practice.

2. Add 10% epoxy thinner at >25℃ to extend pot life.

RECOMMENDED WET FILM THICKNESS:100μm

THEORETICAL COVERAGE: 54.9㎡/GAL
SPECIFIC GRAVITY: ~1.33g/cm³

SPRAYING PARAMETERS

TOOL CLEANING:Use specialized thinner.

DRYING SCHEDULE 

(Wet Film: 100μm, RH 50%±5%):

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

· Substrate must be free of visible water.

· Ambient temperature ≥0℃, substrate temp ≥10℃ and ≥3℃ above dew point.

· Avoid rain, snow, or strong wind.

PACKAGING

· Component A: 2.477GAL/DRUM

· Component B: 1.348GAL/DRUM

STORAGE

Store in cool, dry, ventilated indoor areas at 5℃-30℃.

Shelf life: 12 months.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

· It is strictly forbidden to have any open flames in the batching and construction site, and good ventilation should be maintained. Construction personnel must wear protective gear to avoid skin contact.

· If the paint splashes on the skin, it should be cleaned immediately with an appropriate cleaning agent or soapy water. 

·If it splashes into the eyes, rinse them repeatedly with clean water, keep the eyes open, and seek medical treatment immediately.
