Panegraf^TM Polyurethane Anti-Graffiti Topcoat is a two-component anti-graffiti topcoat formulated with polyurethane emulsion, special pigments and fillers, functional additives, and deionized water. It is a healthy and safe specialty coating offering excellent anti-graffiti performance, non-yellowing property, scratch resistance, stain resistance, easy cleaning, and superior decorative/protective properties.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

·  Mixing Ratio: 7:1 (weight)

·  Specific Gravity: ~1.2

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mixing Ratio: A:B = 7:1 (weight). Thoroughly blend before use.

2. Diluent: Deionized water. Stir evenly when diluting.

3. Theoretical Coverage: 45.4㎡/GAL.

4. Application Methods: Roller, brush, or air spraying.

5. Tools: Roller, spray gun, air pump, brush.

SPRAYING PARAMETERS

Tool Cleaning: Tap water.

Drying Schedule

 (Wet Film Thickness: 500μm, RH 50±5%):

SURFACE PREPARATION

· Primed Surfaces: Clean with detergent and water; avoid hydrocarbon solvents.

· Old Coatings: Roughen surface before recoating.

· Steel Substrates: Sandblasted to Sa2.5/St3 with 30-70 μm roughness, then prime.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

· Temperature: 5-35℃; RH: <80%; Substrate Temp: ≥3℃ above dew point.

· Weather: Avoid rain, snow, or strong wind.

· Ventilation: Ensure good airflow; keep away from fire/heat.

PACKAGING

· Part A: 3.853GAL/DRUM

· Part B: 0.550GAL/DRUM

STORAGE 

Store in cool, dry, ventilated indoor areas at 5℃ to 30℃.

Shelf life: 12 months.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

· It is strictly forbidden to have any open flames in the batching and construction site, and good ventilation should be maintained. Construction personnel must wear protective gear to avoid skin contact. 

·If the paint splashes on the skin, it should be cleaned immediately with an appropriate cleaning agent or soapy water. 

·If it splashes into the eyes, rinse them repeatedly with clean water, keep the eyes open, and seek medical treatment immediately.
