APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

· Mixing Ratio: One-component system (no mixing required).

· Thinner: Not recommended. Adding thinner may slow curing and reduce final performance if solvent entrapment occurs.

· Theoretical Coverage: 40.1㎡/GAL (does not account for porosity, surface profile, waste, etc.).

· Application Methods: Roller, brush, or air spraying.

CONSIDERATIONS

· Confirm temperature, humidity, and dew point before application.

· Avoid excessive thickness (may cause bubbles/roller marks) or insufficient thickness (low gloss).

TOOL ClEANING

1. Clean all tools immediately with ester-based solvents after use.

2. Cured material must be removed mechanically.

COATING GUIDANCE

· Apply two coats for uniformity. Minimum recoat interval at 25℃: 6 hours.

· Remove spills immediately and maintain regular cleaning post-application.

DRYING TIME 

(100μm wet film thickness, 50±5% RH):

Note: Drying times vary with temperature, humidity, and film thickness.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

· Ensure previous coat is dry, dust-free, and oil-free.

· Roughen old paint surfaces before application.

· Thoroughly clean substrate and adjacent areas.

 APPLICATION CONDITIONS

· Temperature: 5-30℃; Relative Humidity: 25-75%. Substrate temperature ≥3℃ above dew point.

· Avoid condensation/loss of gloss by controlling environment.

· Cease application during rain, snow, or high winds.

· Ensure good ventilation and isolate from fire/heat sources.

STORAGE

· Store in cool, dry, ventilated indoor areas at 5-30℃. Avoid freezing during transport.

· Shelf life: 6 months from production date.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

· It is strictly forbidden to have any open flames in the batching and construction site, and good ventilation should be maintained. 

·Construction personnel must wear protective gear to avoid skin contact. If the paint splashes on the skin, it should be cleaned immediately with an appropriate cleaning agent or soapy water. 

·If it splashes into the eyes, rinse them repeatedly with clean water, keep the eyes open, and seek medical treatment immediately.
