Panetop^TMPolyurethane Topcoat is a two-component topcoat made from polyurethane emulsion, curing agent, pigments, fillers, additives, and deionized water. It is a healthy and safe specialty coating with excellent protective properties, non-yellowing, scratch resistance, stain resistance, and easy cleaning.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

· Gloss: Semi-gloss, Matte

· Mixing Ratio: 7:1 (weight)

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mixing Ratio: A:B = 7:1 (weight). Thoroughly blend before use.

2. Diluent: Deionized water. Stir evenly when diluting.

3. Theoretical Coverage: 45.4㎡/GAL.

4. Application Methods: Roller coating, air spraying.

5. Tools: Roller, spray gun, air pump.

SPRAYING PARAMETERS

Tool Cleaning: Tap water.

DRYING SCHEDULE 

(Wet Film Thickness: 50μm, RH 50±5%)

 SURFACE PREPARATION

· Concrete: Apply primer and intermediate coat.

· Steel: Sandblasted to Sa2.5/St3 with 30-70μm roughness, then prime.

· Old Coatings: Roughen surface before recoating.

 APPLICATION CONDITIONS

· Temperature: 5~35℃; RH: <80%; Substrate Temp: ≥3℃ above dew point.

· Weather: Avoid rain, snow, or strong wind.

· Ventilation: Ensure good airflow; keep away from fire/heat.

WORK REQUIREMENTS

1. Stir Component A for 3-5 minutes, add B, mix 5 minutes, and use within 60 minutes.

2. Use lint-free roller for uniform coverage.

3. Apply two coats with a minimum 6-hour interval at 25℃.

PACKAGING

· Part A: 3.853GAL/DRUM

· Part B: 0.550GAL/DRUM

STORAGE 

Store in cool, dry, ventilated indoor areas at 5℃-30℃. Shelf life: 12 months.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

· It is strictly forbidden to have any open flames in the batching and construction site, and good ventilation should be maintained. Construction personnel must wear protective gear to avoid skin contact. 

·If the paint splashes on the skin, it should be cleaned immediately with an appropriate cleaning agent or soapy water. 

·If it splashes into the eyes, rinse them repeatedly with clean water, keep the eyes open, and seek medical treatment immediately.
