    APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Usage Requirement: Mix and Stir Thoroughly According to the Ratio

    MIXING STEPS

·Pour the entire Component A into a clean bucket suitable for stirring an appropriate amount of material. Then, add Component C and stir until well - mixed.
·Add Component B and stir for 1 to 5 minutes until homogeneous.
·Add Component D and stir until the material is uniform and free of lumps.
·Avoid mixing excessive amounts of material. Make sure that the material is within its pot life under the on - site temperature conditions during construction.
·To achieve complete homogeneity, transfer the mixed material to another container and stir again.
·Prevent over - mixing to reduce the incorporation.

Diluent: Add up to 5% diluent for roller application.

    Theoretical Coverage: 25.6㎡/GAL

This data represents theoretical coverage and does not account for additional material consumption caused by porous surfaces, surface profiles, leveling deviations, or waste in real-world applications. Additionally, insufficient material application may leave roller marks, non-uniform gloss, or irregular surface textures, while excessive application can result in slower curing.

    APPLICATION METHODS AND TOOLS

·Application Methods: Roller coating, air spraying.

·Tools: Roller, spray gun, air pump.

    CONSTRUCTION PRECAUTIONS

·Confirm Temperature, Humidity, and Dew Point: Before construction, check the temperature, humidity, and dew - point temperature.

·Divide the Floor into Areas: Divide the floor into several areas to ensure continuous construction within each area.

·Area Division: Divide the areas as far as possible at expansion joints or doorways. After removing the masking tape, the end of each area should form a straight and clean edge to facilitate construction in adjacent areas.

·Avoid Dripping and Control Film Thickness: When dipping the roller into the material, avoid dripping, as it will cause dripping marks on the paint film. To achieve a good appearance, texture, and color, control the wet - film thickness to around 80μm.

·Complete Construction within the Time Limit: After mixing a batch of materials, complete the construction within 25 minutes.

    · Avoid Over - or Under - Application: If the application is too thick, the material may have defects such as bubbles or roller marks. If it is too thin, the color will be lighter.

    TOOL CLEANING

·Immediate Cleaning: After use, immediately clean all tools and equipment with a special cleaning agent.

·Mechanical Removal for Hardened Material: For hardened or cured

    RE - COATING

To ensure uniform coating, consistent color, no missed spots, no exposed substrate, no wrinkling, and no lumps, re - coating can be carried out. The re - coating interval at 25°C should be at least 6 hours.

    POST-CONSTRUCTION CARE

After the top - coat construction is completed, to maintain the appearance of the floor, immediately remove all overflowing materials and clean the floor regularly.

    SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

·It is strictly forbidden to have any open flames in the batching and construction site, and good ventilation should be maintained. Construction personnel must wear protective gear to avoid skin contact.

·If the paint splashes on the skin, it should be cleaned immediately with an appropriate cleaning agent or soapy water.

·If it splashes into the eyes, rinse them repeatedly with clean water, keep the eyes open, and seek medical treatment immediately.
