APPLICATIONS

Primarily used for automotive chassis,  car compartment，guardrails, steel structures, and other protective applications.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

All parameters tested under laboratory conditions using spray equipment, cured for 7 days.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

· Mixing Ratio: Two-component system, A:B = 14:1 (by weight).

· Stir Component B thoroughly before use.

· Standard Thickness: 0.5-1mm.

· Recoat Interval: ≤48 hours.

· Storage: Unused Component A must be sealed with nitrogen.

· Diluents: Strictly prohibited.

· Tool Cleaning: Use specialized diluent.

DRYING TIME

· Surface dry: 120 minutes at 25℃, 50% RH.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

· Temperature: 5-35℃; Relative Humidity: ≤80%. Substrate temperature ≥3℃ above dew point.

· Cease application during rain, snow, or high winds.

· Ensure good ventilation and isolate from fire/heat sources.

APPLICATION METHODS

Brush, roller, or airless spray.

PACKAGING

· Part A: 3.363GAL/DRUM

· Part B: 0.24GAL/DRUM

STORAGE 

Store in cool, dry, ventilated indoor areas at 5℃-30℃. Shelf life: 12 months.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

· It is strictly forbidden to have any open flames in the batching and construction site, and good ventilation should be maintained. Construction personnel must wear protective gear to avoid skin contact. 

·If the paint splashes on the skin, it should be cleaned immediately with an appropriate cleaning agent or soapy water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse them repeatedly with clean water, keep the eyes open, and seek medical treatment immediately.
